London’s Finest Tradesperson and Property Maintenance Service is looking for an Operations Assistant with outstanding customer-service and administrative skills to join their small, dynamic and friendly team in Parsons Green, South West London.

Established in 2014, they’re growing quickly and steadily and pride themselves on offering a really outstanding level of customer service on every single job they undertake, from start to finish. They are looking for a customer-service oriented individual to help facilitate and manage the growing demand for their highly regarded services.

About the role:

Monitoring and answering incoming calls and emails
Assisting customers with their enquiries and job bookings using their CRM software
Providing an outstanding level of personalised customer service at all times
Offering operational support to their tradesmen on the road, including managing their workloads and schedules and offering them administrative support with quotations, invoicing etc.
Managing their fleet of vehicles
Managing trade accounts and checking expense forms
Basic bookkeeping such as the raising and filing of invoices
Office management responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the administrative side of the business

Keyholding responsibilities

About you:
1+ year office experience. Operations experience a bonus.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Happy working alone and a proven self-starter
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with CRM and Quickbooks a bonus
An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
2 x excellent work references
